The real deal or a total steal?

The spacious and clean Standard Double Room featured a large wardrobe and a fridge. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly, even amid the crowd!

The dining experience fell short, as finding a table was challenging during busy hours. The food temperature was often lukewarm, detracting from its overall appeal.

My room was with a bathtub, a plus for me. Private parking located on site. Pool available in the hotel. Walking distance to attractions, including Plaza Nueva.

The kids loved the pirate-themed splash pool, and we enjoyed relaxing under the palm trees by the large solarium. The entertainment for kids kept them engaged, while we appreciated the airy rooms with great sea views. This place has plenty to keep families entertained.

My children wanted more variety in the food options.

hotel situation was excellent being close to beach and ample choice of restaurants, nice garden area, clean spacious rooms, good choice of food .The promenade outside was particularly attractive.

Bedrooms were very noisy due to poolside entertainment. The grill in the restaurant was only available for the first half hour of mealtimes. The price of drinks was extortionate.

Windows in the restaurant were very dirty because of birds and no bath towels. But not really relevant. Very nice here

The hotel features beautifully refurbished areas and immaculate gardens. I found the bar area accessible, and the friendly staff always prioritized guest comfort.

More shaded areas by the pool would be nice.

We had a marvellous breakfast and air-conditioned, spotless room.

Good location, directly at the sea and at the road to Cabo do Gata. OK for a night passing through.

Reception was lousy. Not interested in the customer, certainly not in his problem. He didn't care how or where we put our bikes. Dinner was OK, but most of the food was not warm and the staff not motivated. It took us forever to drink. For one night OK, for longer we would look for an alternative!

The hotel's location is perfect, right by the beach. The pool area was fantastic, and our room had a lovely view. Daily activities kept us entertained. Definitely check out the bus service for nearby places.

My mistake but definately holiday maker. Bar facilities only available at pool with music blaring constantly, nowhere to have a drink and relax in air conditioned comfort. Parking a nightmare - nowhere to park near hotel the nearest I got was a 5 minute walk.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in two years and I can't compliment the staff more for the friendly and efficient service that we received. The hotel is used by spanish holiday makers, which adds to it's charm and atmosphere, you won't find any yobs here! The hotel is well used and is very clean (cleaning staff are lovely!!) the is food excellent and again the staff are brilliant. Location is great just opposite the beach and Mojacar is a lovely but quiet and reserved resort. All in all good value for money and we will return again, a great hotel.

The location and seaview was ideal...all rooms have a sea view. The reception manager was really helpful and pleasant. Food was plentiful and varied so something for everyone. Try the paella...my daughter was converted. Quite busy at meal times but best to be patient and smile during the 'scrum'.

The birds were a annoying when trying to sunbath around the pool.
